The form on this page is the ONLY way to apply to vend at Omaha Pop Expo. If you are approved to vend, you will receive a confirmation email, and a subsequent invoice through Square. Never send money to any person claiming to be involved with our organization through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, etc. We are not responsible for financial losses due to scams. If you are unsure if an email claiming to be from us is legitimate, please reach out to contact@omahapopexpo.com for confirmation.
Selection: Vendors are curated to ensure a wide variety of items are available to our attendees. Selections are made as soon as we have enough applications to form a sufficient pool. Please do not submit multiple applications.
MLM/Direct Sales are not accepted to vend at our convention.
Tables and chairs are not provided. Vendor booths are bare space only, except for kiosks, and certain bays which may contain usable fixtures.
Bootleg Policy: Bootleg merchandise, defined as merchandise produced using intellectual property to which the creator does not have right or license, is strictly prohibited. Any merchandise which uses protected intellectual property must be produced lawfully, under license. Reselling licensed merchandise is always welcome. If a vendor is found to be selling some bootleg merchandise among mostly legitimate products, they will simply be asked to put the bootleg merchandise away. If a display is largely comprised of bootleg merchandise, they may be asked to pack up and leave, without refund. Please note that this is not a blanket prohibition against fan art; most fan art does not violate our Bootleg Policy. Our policy prohibits the unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted works, such as symbols, logos, character names, and copied or traced official artwork.
Refund Policy: Booth spaces are non-refundable. In the event that a vendor is unable to attend due to an emergency, their space may be rolled over to the next Omaha Pop Expo, subject to availability, at no additional cost. Exceptions to the refund policy may be made in cases of extreme hardship, at the sole discretion of Omaha Pop Expo leadership. No-shows who do not contact us before the show opens to the public on Saturday will not be refunded or rolled over.
10’x10′ Booth – $200 – may be purchased in multiples, up to four per business or project – spaces purchased together will be contiguous unless otherwise requested.
Kiosk Type 1 – $400 – this is a mall kiosk with its back facing the atrium, located on the second floor across from the food court. Three are available, and all are identical. Guaranteed minimum 200 square feet of space, including kiosk footprint.
Kiosk Type 2 – $400 – this is a mall kiosk with walkways on all sides, located on the first floor in one of the wings. Three are available, and each has a unique layout. Guaranteed minimum 200 square feet of space, including kiosk footprint.
Entire Mall Bay – $600-$1500 – This is an entire bay at the mall, where you can set up a temporary storefront for the weekend. Each space is unique, and run from roughly 500 to 2,000 square feet. This is by far the best value per square foot, but bays are not as close to the main action during the convention. Vendors who purchase an entire mall bay will be listed on the map.
