Non-Profits and Conventions

Omaha Pop Expo offers a limited number of community tables to conventions and non-profit organizations.

If you represent a non-profit organization or fandom convention, you may be eligible to receive a free community table at Omaha Pop Expo. Conventions operating as for-profit or non-profit organizations may both be eligible for our community table program.

Rules

Community tables are subject to approval at the sole discretion of OPE leadership; limited numbers are available.
Merchandise may not be sold at community tables. Conventions may sell tickets, and promotional items may be distributed free of charge.
All attendees, including industry representatives, are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Devices which play music, such as bluetooth speakers, are not permitted. The spaces in the mall where exhibitors are placed are very open, and sounds are bounced and amplified; mall policy prohibits excessive noise.
